How We Use AI
Last updated October 31, 2026
This page explains where AI fits in ChatQoE, and where it does not.
Where things stand today
The ChatQoE preview runs on fixed, scripted logic with sample data. No AI model processes what you type today. When an AI feature starts processing customer information, it follows the rules on this page, and we name the model provider in the Privacy Policy first.
What AI does
- Reads documents you provide and suggests how accounts and revenue types map.
- Asks follow-up questions in plain English.
- Drafts summaries and explanations for a person to review.
What AI does not do
- Compute figures. Fixed rules in code compute every number, the same way on every run.
- Set the Enterprise Value Index. The score is calculated by code on our servers.
- Approve adjustments, reach conclusions or make decisions about you. People do that.
People stay in charge
AI suggestions are used only after a person approves them. AI-drafted text is labeled as a draft. AI can be wrong, so check anything it drafts before you rely on it, and ask us if you would rather a person answer your question.
Your information and AI
- AI providers we use may not train their models on your information.
- We send a provider only what a feature needs.
- Do not enter patient health information or personal identifiers into ChatQoE.
